DIARSA AND HIS GREAT EFFORT

Hello guys..!!! Now, I want to tell you a narrative text, that is Diarsa's story. His story is really great. Just have read guys.

Diarsa and his Great Effort

Long time ago, there was a young man who named ‘Diarsa’. He lived in Soka Village which situated in deep place of a wild jungle.

Diarsa lived with his sister, Devaaki. Their parents passed away seven years ago, due to an epidemic disease which attacked Soka’s society including their parents. Until now, they were still dreaming how terrible that was, even though they were not really there.

One day, they wanted to go to the Alas jungle to gather anything for their montly need, but there was a man who interrupted their conversation and said, “You must NOT go to that place. That is a restricted place to be entered.”

Diarsa said, “What makes that place can’t be visited?”

That man said, “In that place there is a giant which is so horrible. It has an eye at middle of its face. Its ears are quite long and both of its hands are longer than its leg. Soka’s society believe that its fur was the mastermind of the epidemic disease which had attacked them seven years ago. That fur was spreaded out by walking at field where Soka’s society always do activity. Therefore, It’d be easier to influence Soka’s society. “

Diarsa said, “Argghhhh… I must kill it, I want to revenge my parents’ death. I’ll go there.”

That man said, “No way. You must NOT go there. OK, I’ll tell you the way to beat it down.”

Diarsa said, “Ohh.. How can I do it?”

That man answered, “You must go to Serawaki mountain and meet with an intellectual. He has a magic stick that can be used to beat that giant and a map to tell you the way to get to giant’s home.”

Diarsa said,”Hmm.. Why didn’t tell this to Soka’s society previously?”

That man answered, “I’ve told them that giant can be killed by using magic stick and they just laugh at me.I also have told them not to touch its body when they are fighting with that giant so many times, but they just ignore me. They’ve known its fur is dangerous, but they still touch it when they’re fighting.”

Diarsa said, “ Don’t worry, I believe whatever you said to me. By the way, when can I see that intellectual?”

That man answered, “You only can meet him at Derava Day. Derava Day is a day after new moon.”

Diarsa asked, “What’s your name?”

That man answered, “Oh!!! My name’s Deerecaki”

After listening it, they waited for it about three days until Derava Day. Then, They were preparing all they need during the trip to that intellectual’s home. About a day in trip, they arrived to intellectual’s home. That intellectual gave magic stick and a map to Diarsa immediately.

That intellectual said, “I give it to you. I’ve got some dreams previously that there is a boy who will defeat that giant, and now that dream comes true at once. Kill it please!!! Although I’m an intellectual, but my destiny is not for defeating that giant.”

Diarsa said,”Thank you so much. I’ll never make you’re disappointed. OK, now I’ll leave now.”

After that, they departed and continue their trip. During the trip, he saw a bird of which right-wing was broken in a branch of the tree. He helped it immediately. Fortunately, he brought a bucket of medicine, so that bird could be treated.

Diarsa brought that bird to giant’s home, so he could keep an eye on it while on trip. About 3 days on trip, they could reach its home. That bird was handed over to Deerecaki. That giant was really madbecause of their arrival and It threw them out a big stone. Fortunately they were able to get away from that big stone. Then, Diarsa and Devaaki held that magic stick together and swung it to that giant strongly. Finally, that giant could be killed. They were really blissed out of killing it, but that giant actually hadn’t died yet, and It screamed so loudly, they was so surprised that giant was still alive. Devaaki took the magic stick again and swung it for twice with Diarsa. It had really died successfully and they had ensured it.

After that, they came back to Soka Village safely. But, they were really like hit by lightning before the Soka’s high-gate, because Soka’s society celebrated his arrival. Each of Soka’s society thanked to their effort to kill that giant.

Diarsa asked, “Where do you know that we’ve killed that giant?”

One of Soka’s society answered, “A bird has told us. It said that It had been saved by Diarsa.”

Diarsa said, “Oh.. I remember that bird. Oh God!!! Deerecaki, why did you let that bird go?”

Deerecaki answered, “That bird asked me to let itself go.”

There was no fear and tear at Soka’s society anymore and they could do activity whatever they wanted without thinking about that giant again.
